After working as a financial advisor for other firms, Lauch joined Kentucky Financial Group and founded Targeted Retirement Strategies, LLC. Lauch is a Certified Retirement Financial Advisor®, holding FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and Life, Variable Life, Variable Annuity and Health Insurance licenses. He offers a wide range of financial services to retirees, business owners and individuals who want help with their retirement income plan and other long-term goals.

Prior to becoming a financial advisor, Lauch had a successful career in the chemical industry, holding leadership positions in manufacturing, strategic planning and business management. He decided to use his planning and analysis skills to help business owners and individuals with their financial planning needs.

Lauch is active in the local Chambers, being on the Environmental Affairs Committee of GLI and the Membership and Showcase committees of the Oldham County Chamber of Commerce. He has been a Rotarian for more than 20 years and is currently in the South Oldham Rotary Club where he is on the Membership and International Service Committees. Lauch has been married to Lauren Orr since 1975 and they have two daughters. Amy, husband John and daughter Grace live in Mission, Kansas, while Kate, husband Bret and son Marcus live in Houston, Texas. Lauch is an avid racquetball player and golfer, although not particularly good at either.
