Lynn D. McGill

Lynn McGill, founder of The McGill Financial Ensemble, LLC, has helped businesses, families, and individuals achieve their financial goals for more than 20 years. He has earned the prestigious designation of Chartered Financial Consultant (CHFC^®), which prepared him to advise clients on their entire financial plan, rather than focusing on any one aspect. He is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU^®) and is well versed in all forms of insurance, risk management, and estate planning. Lynn earned a MS degree at The University of Tennessee Knoxville and a BS degree from Middle Tennessee State University.

Lynn is a registered securities representative with FINRA registrations of series 6, 7, 63 and 65, allowing him to fully advise his clients in their investments portfolios. He is an IAR (Investment Advisor Representative) and registered representative with Private Client Services, LLC.

Active in his profession and in the community, Lynn is a past-president of the Nashville Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals and a member of the Nashville Estate Planning Council. The McGill Financial Ensemble, LLC, was a 2009 finalist for the Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Business Ethics. Currently, he is a past Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Brentwood Cool Springs Chamber of Commerce where he serves as a Cornerstone Ambassador. Lynn serves as the Membership/Classification Committee Chairman of the Rotary Club of Brentwood. He is a former Diaconal Minister in the Holston Conference of the United Methodist Church and directs the choir at Trinity United Methodist Church. He lives in Franklin, TN, with his wife and business partner, Linda.
